Shipping Policy

It is the policy of Buddy Bike, LLC to ship our Buddy Bikes to local bike shops so a professional can complete the assembly. Please provide the name, address and phone number of your local bike shop when placing your order. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery of US orders and 4-6 weeks for international orders. Bikes ship from Chino, CA by freight/truck or internationally by air freight.

UK TAXES & BREXIT UPDATE

We do not charge VAT and duties during the checkout process. VAT duty tax and import fees are payable by the customer to the shipping carrier upon delivery.

Delivered At Place (DAP). Also called delivered duty unpaid (DDU). This term indicates that the seller only takes responsibility for shipping the product, and requires the customer to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees. This option may create unexpected costs for customers and can result in delayed or returned shipments.

Returns Policy

Full refunds are provided if orders are cancelled prior to shipping. Once a Buddy Bike has shipped, all sales are final. No refunds. No returns. Accessories can be returned or replaced within 30 days for a 100% refund on product cost, no refund of shipping cost. Buddy Bike has a one-year limited warranty on parts, three-year frame warranty and will repair or replace parts damaged in shipping.
